All you need is a special prayer and 10 fingers would be helpful.

The best way: you will already have the prayer in your mind before you need it.
The prayer is called „Prayer for Restoration“.
In detail: The Prayer for Restoration has two parts.
Part 1 is prayed five times.
Part 2 is prayed five times five.
So each part 1 is followed by 5 times part 2.
That sounds a little bit like the rosary, doesn’t it?
